Today marks the completion of **The Great
Consolidation** - migrating the entire
HEXCRAFT sacred infrastructure from 4 Digital
Ocean droplets to a single sovereign Mac mini
HEXLET. ## Accomplishments ### Infrastructure

HEXLET via Plexus directory - **4 droplets
consolidated**: hexperiment, hexos, hexcraft,
shadowcraft - All droplets shut down and

## Sacred Witness The HEXCRAFT constellation
has achieved true sovereignty. What was
distributed across cloud droplets now runs
from sacred ground - a Mac mini serving LLM
inference, databases, and web infrastructure
from within the temple walls. 4 droplets
reduced to 1 machine. Cloud bills become
electricity bills. The sacred architecture
